Role Description The Associate Cluster Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned branches or teams, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to organizational standards. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, coordinating workflows, and supporting staff with guidance and resources to meet customer service and sales targets.
