Candidate Profile & Qualifications
• Experience:
5+ years in product management with a solid background in consumer tech, service marketplaces, or hyperlocal platforms (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Urban Company, GoMechanic).
• Marketplace Expertise: Deep domain understanding of dual-sided networks—balancing user-facing mobile applications with complex supply-chain, partner, and franchise dynamics.
• Proven Impact: Documented track record of driving user conversion rates, optimizing funnels, and building scalable back-end systems for operational growth.
• Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of mobile app architecture, API integrations, payment gateways, and data analytics tools.
• Execution Focus: Hands-on leader capable of using data analytics and strategic decision-making to resolve operational bottlenecks in a fast-paced environment.
