About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and lead sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, market expansion, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, references, market research, and field activities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, onboarding, and relationship management.
* Identify new markets, customer segments,
and potential business opportunities for expansion.
* Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and prospects.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
* Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships to support business growth.
* Track sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve business objectives.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
* Ensure customer retention and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
* Prepare regular MIS and management reports related to sales, pipeline, revenue, and business development.
