LINEN OPERATIONS & INVENTORY MANAGER

Location: Bangalore | On-site
Experience: 5–7 years
CTC: ₹6–7 LPA

We are looking for a hands-on professional from the Hotel Linen / Laundry / Hospitality industry to manage end-to-end linen operations and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage linen inventory, stock accuracy and records
* Coordinate linen issuance, replacement and replenishment
* Monitor linen quality and movement
* Manage damaged/retired linen, recycling and disposal
* Lead storekeepers, helpers, tailors and frontline staff
* Implement SOPs and track team KRAs/KPIs
* Coordinate with Operations, Procurement and Sales

Ideal Candidate

* 5–7 years of relevant experience
* Experience in hotel linen, laundry operations, linen stores or hospitality stores
* Strong hands-on experience in linen inventory and physical stock management
* Experience managing frontline teams

Please note: This role is specifically for 5–7 years’ experience at ₹6–7 LPA. Candidates significantly above this experience/compensation level may not be relevant.
