Role:
Business Development Executive
Experience Required:
1.5 – 2 years in sales/business development (agency experience preferred)
Salary:
₹15,000 + Incentives(10% per closing)
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls & outbound outreach
• Identify potential clients and set up meetings
• Understand client needs and pitch our services (ads, branding, social media, growth)
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with the team to close deals and achieve targets
Requirements:
• Solid communication & negotiation skills
• Proven experience in lead generation & sales
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
