Role Description The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining quality standards across all fertilizer and phosphate manufacturing operations at the Dewas plant. This full-time,



on-site role includes planning and supervising laboratory testing, sampling of raw materials and finished products, and ensuring adherence to internal specifications, industry norms, and regulatory requirements. The role involves developing and updating quality control procedures, monitoring process parameters, investigating non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with production and maintenance teams. The Quality Control Manager will prepare and review quality reports, maintain documentation for audits, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide training and guidance to quality control staff. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure safe operations, consistent product performance, and ongoing enhancement of quality practices.
