Job Summary:
The Senior Business Development Associate is responsible for guiding and supporting students throughout their learning journey at our IT training and placement institute. This role involves advising students on course selection, tracking their academic progress, providing career counseling, and helping students achieve their personal and qualified goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
 Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
 Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
 Conduct telephonic, virtual,



and face-to-face counselling sessions.
 Promotethecompany’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
 Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets
 Buildlong-term relationships with new and existing customers and support with post-sales activities
 Call and continuously follow up with prospective clients

Technical Skills required:
 Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
 3 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing
 Industry preference will be the Education Sector
 Ability to motivate, guide, and support students in achieving their goals
