Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role based in the Greater Vadodara Area. The Speech Therapist will assess and diagnose speech, language,



and communication disorders for children and adults, using standardized tools and clinical observations. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, delivering one-on-one and small group sessions, and monitoring progress with transparent, measurable goals. The role involves collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team (including occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators) to ensure coordinated care. The Speech Therapist will also maintain accurate documentation, prepare reports, contribute to case reviews, provide caregiver training and home programs, and participate in continuous professional development and center-based initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention across age groups.
• Competence in managing Speech and Communication Disorders
