Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative at PointGuard AI. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and generating qualified leads through outbound calls, emails,



social outreach, and event follow-up in North America. This role includes researching target accounts, identifying key stakeholders in security and AI teams, and engaging them with tailored messaging about PointGuard AI’s platform. The individual will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to build and maintain a strong pipeline, schedule discovery meetings and demos, and document all activities in CRM tools. The role also involves nurturing early-stage opportunities, responding to inbound inquiries, and providing feedback from prospects to help refine go-to-market strategies.
