About the Role
We are looking for a Tender Executive to join our team at Kompally, Hyderabad. You will manage the tender cycle end to end, from finding the right tenders to submitting winning bids on time. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor government e-procurement portals for relevant tenders
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents
• Coordinate with engineering, finance and procurement teams for required inputs




• Manage BOQs, vendor quotations and basic costing coordination
• Submit tenders (online/offline) within deadlines
• Maintain tender records, documents and status reports

Requirements:
• Graduate in Engineering, Commerce or Business
• 0-3 years of experience. Freshers are welcome, and 2-5 years of tendering experience (construction/infrastructure/interior fit-out) is an advantage
• Strong documentation, MS Office and communication skills
• Knowledge of e-tendering portals (preferred, training will be provided for freshers)
• Proficiency in English and Hindi

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent, 6-day work week
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 CTC per month (based on experience)
Work Mode: On-site, Kompally, Hyderabad
