As a Databricks + Agentic AI Manager you will lead client support work within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, focused on data engineering solutions that turn raw data into usable insights and support data pipelines, integration, and transformation efforts. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage performance, and guide delivery across multiple workstreams while bringing judgment, business knowledge, and a practical approach to technology and innovation. In this role at PwC, you will help shape work around Databricks and agentic AI,



coordinate deliverables, support client needs, and contribute to solutions that strengthen data infrastructure and analytics capabilities within PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Leading data engineering workstreams that design and build Databricks and Azure-based data pipelines for client solutions
• Managing project planning, prioritization, and delivery across data integration, transformation, and validation efforts
• Guiding teams through development of data lake, data warehouse, and lakehouse architectures that support analytics use cases
• Reviewing solution designs for data modeling, performance tuning, query optimization, and database reliability
• Coaching team members on Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform implementation methods
• Translating business requirements into scalable data infrastructure and pip
