+ Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and other equipment. + Operate dishwashing machines and other stewarding equipment safely. + Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas, washing stations, and stewarding stores. + Follow hotel food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. + Segregate and dispose of waste as per hotel procedures. + Handle kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals safely. + Maintain proper storage of clean utensils and equipment. + Support kitchen operations during peak service hours and special events. + Follow occupational health and safety guidelines. + Perform any other duties assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor or Executive Steward. + Positive attitude and willingness to learn. + Teamwork and cooperation. + Discipline and punctuality. + Attention to cleanliness and hygiene. + Ability to work in a rapid-paced hotel environment.
