We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Marketplace E-commerce & Expansion Manager to own and grow our presence across Indian and international marketplaces. This role goes beyond managing existing accounts. You will be responsible for identifying the right platforms for our brands, evaluating new growth opportunities, launching new marketplace channels, and scaling revenue across geographies, particularly the United States.
You should understand how marketplaces work as businesses, how to build a profitable presence on them, and what it takes to take a fashion brand from onboarding to meaningful scale.





Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Expansion & Strategy

• Identify and evaluate relevant marketplaces across India and international markets, with a particular focus on the US marketplace opportunity.
• Research marketplace models, customer demographics, category demand, competitive positioning, commercial terms, commission structures, fulfilment requirements, and profitability.
• Build a marketplace expansion roadmap, prioritising platforms based on revenue potential, brand fit, operational feasibility, and contribution margins.
• Lead the onboarding and launch process for new marketplaces, from initial research and commercial discussions to catalog setup, integrations, and go-live.
• Explore opportunities across fashion marketplaces, multi-brand retail platforms, and other relevant online distribution channels.
• Develop market-entry strategies for international platforms, particularly the US
