Job Responsibilities• Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Develop baseline programmes covering design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), activity sequencing, durations, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Monitor actual progress against planned progress and identify schedule deviations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead programmes, S-curves, and progress dashboards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to collect progress updates.
• Identify critical-path activities, delays, bottlenecks, and potential risks to project completion.
• Prepare delay analysis, recovery programmes, and revised schedules wherever required.




• Track material procurement, approvals, drawings, and other activities affecting project timelines.
• Conduct planning and progress review meetings and maintain action trackers.
• Assist in preparing project cash-flow forecasts and resource deployment plans.
• Maintain project planning documentation and ensure timely submission of reports to management and clients.

Technical Skills Required• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Good knowledge of construction planning, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method), float analysis, baseline control, and earned value concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, progress tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Knowledge of RCC, finishing, MEP, and overall construction execution.
• Solid analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
