Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to support three key marketing verticals: Retail Marketing, YouTube & Content, and Celebrity Endorsements.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with on-ground execution, shoot management, content planning, and influencer coordination, with a solid understanding of current trends in beauty, skincare, and digital content.

1. Retail Marketing & On-Ground Activations
• Coordinate the execution of retail visibility initiatives, including VM, banners, nesting tables, and in-store branding.
• Develop and coordinate marketplace visibility content for e-commerce platforms.
• Support the planning and execution of on-ground events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Manage booth setup,



fabrication, branding, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
• Conduct store visits to monitor brand visibility, display standards, and promotional implementation.

2. YouTube & Content Execution
• Support the execution of short-form and long-form YouTube content, from ideation to publishing.
• Coordinate shoots, including planning, production requirements, talent, and on-ground execution.
• Assist in developing content calendars, scheduling, and maintaining consistent posting timelines.
• Identify and reach out to relevant influencers, creators, and talent for content collaborations.
• Coordinate content approvals, edits, thumbnails, captions, and final uploads.
• Stay updated on trending content formats, beauty trends, and platform-specific opportunities.
