ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER – FURNITURE SALES & STORE OPERATIONS

Are you passionate about furniture sales, showroom management, and leading a high-performing team? We’re looking for a result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and manage showroom operations.
? Key Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Drive revenue growth, lead generation, conversions, and business development.
• Handle key customers, negotiations, and high-value closures.
• Manage daily showroom operations, product displays, and customer experience.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and order execution.
• Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and improve team productivity.

✅ Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in furniture, interiors, retail, or showroom sales.




• 1–3 years of experience in a leadership or showroom management role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, team management, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
• Graduation/Postgraduation required; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
