Role Description The Manager – Alternate Channel will be responsible for developing and managing business through non-traditional channels, including identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners to drive housing loan sales. This full-time, on-site role based in Mahoba involves planning and executing sales strategies,



monitoring performance of partners, and ensuring achievement of disbursement and revenue targets. The role includes regular market visits, relationship-building with local partners, and providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with company policies and lending norms. The manager will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, resolve partner and customer queries, and ensure a high standard of service delivery. The role also involves tracking competition, generating actionable market insights, and preparing periodic reports on channel performance and opportunities.
