Role Description The Senior Manager – Accounting and Finance will oversee end-to-end financial operations and reporting for BIOPOL CHEMICALS LIMITED.



This full time, on-site role is based in Kolkata and involves managing the preparation and review of financial statements, supervising accounting entries, and ensuring accurate maintenance of ledgers and fixed asset registers. The role includes monitoring cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting decision-making with financial analysis and performance reports. The Senior Manager will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, coordinating with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities also include leading the finance team, streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and supporting senior leadership with timely insights and recommendations.
