P3 is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its luxury interiors business, representing premium European brands across modular kitchens, furniture, furnishings, and lighting.
The role focuses on HNI and celebrity clients, luxury projects, and B2B relationships with architects, interior designers, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and project consultants to generate business.
• Identify and convert opportunities across luxury residences, celebrity homes, hospitality spaces, and premium developments.
• Deliver personalised consultations and product presentations to HNI and celebrity clients.
• Drive product specifications and sales across all four categories.
• Manage the sales cycle—from lead generation and showroom visits to proposals, negotiations, and closure.




• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Handle client relationships with professionalism and discretion.

What We’re Looking For
• Business development or sales experience in luxury interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, furnishings, lighting, or related premium products.
• A strong network of architects, interior designers, and industry contacts, preferably in Mumbai.
• Experience handling HNI clients, celebrity clients, or high-value projects.
• Solid presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• An understanding of premium European brands, design, materials, and craftsmanship.
• A proactive, target-driven approach with attention to client service.
