Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing of WMS and Active OMNI applications.
• Validate inbound and outbound warehouse processes, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Test omnichannel workflows such as order allocation, order routing, inventory synchronization, ship-from-store, and order fulfillment.
• Validate integrations between WMS, OMS, ERP, POS, e-commerce, and shipping systems.
• Execute API testing using Postman and backend data validation using SQL.
• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports.
• Log, track,



and retest defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Support UAT, release validation, and Agile/Scrum activities.
