Role Description The Event Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for designing and overseeing events for 1 ML Experiences. This role involves developing creative event concepts, translating client briefs into detailed design plans,



and creating mood boards and layouts that reflect the brand’s aesthetic. The Event Designer collaborates with clients and internal teams to finalize décor, floral arrangements, installations, and styling elements for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private gatherings. Day-to-day tasks include site visits, vendor coordination, supervising set-up and breakdown, and ensuring all design components are executed to a high standard. The role also requires managing timelines and budgets, maintaining strong client communication, and supporting business growth through exceptional event experiences.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Event Designing and Event Planning skills, with the ability to translate creative concepts into practical, high-impact event layouts and décor.
