Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and delivering practical training on MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Provides hands-on training in data entry, formatting, formulas, functions, charts, sorting, filtering,



and data analysis using MS Excel.
• Provides hands-on training in document creation, formatting, and page layout using MS Word.
• Provides hands-on training in presentation creation, slide design, animations, transitions, and presentation techniques
• Prepare practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
• Monitor trainee performance and progress.
• Support trainees in understanding concepts and improving their practical skills.
• Maintain basic training and assessment records as per Academy requirements.
• Coordinate with the Centre Head and team for smooth delivery of training programs.
• Support trainee engagement, feedback, and other centre activities when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Applications, or a relevant field preferred.
• Previous experience as an IT/Computer/MS Office Trainer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Advance
