Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghpat. This position supports the sales team by handling incoming inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating order processing, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role involves daily communication with clients and internal departments to track deliveries, update order status, and resolve routine issues. The Sales Coordinator assists with follow-ups on leads,



supports preparation of sales presentations and basic reports, and helps ensure timely responses to customers. This role also includes updating CRM or sales tracking tools, organizing documentation, and contributing to efficient sales operations in alignment with company policies.
Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate sales activities, manage inquiries, and support order processing with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Competence in basic sales administration, including quotation preparation, documentation handling, and data entry in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams, with clear, professional email and phone etiquette.
