Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the Kochi campus, ensuring smooth administration and a high-quality experience for learners and staff. This full-time, on-site role includes managing admissions processes, coordinating academic schedules,



supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with institutional policies and standards. The Branch Manager collaborates with faculty and central leadership to support student engagement, implement marketing and outreach initiatives, and drive branch growth. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, coordinating events, and fostering a positive and inclusive campus culture. Regular interaction with students, parents, partners, and the head office is expected to align branch activities with Cindrebay’s vision and goals.
