Job Description – Marketing & Sales Executive
Position Overview
We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving client acquisition, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting administrative functions to enhance the firm’s visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development
o Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, startups, and individuals requiring legal services.
o Support partners in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Marketing & Branding
o Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to promote the firm’s services.
o Manage social media presence, website updates, and online reputation.
o Coordinate seminars, webinars, and workshops to showcase expertise in legal domains.

• Sales & Client Engagement
o Prepare proposals, quotations,



and pitch decks for prospective clients.
o Follow up on leads, track conversions, and maintain CRM records.
o Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Team Coordination
o Collaborate with lawyers, paralegals, and support staff to align marketing and sales initiatives with legal service delivery.
o Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
o Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating tasks, and maintaining workflow efficiency.

• Administrative Activities
o Support documentation, filing, and record-keeping related to marketing and client acquisition.
o Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and assist in maintaining compliance with firm policies.
o Provide logistical support for events, client meetings, and internal reviews.
