Job Purpose

To management entire contract employees including statutory compliance, attendance, site any time readiness for regulatory audits. Managing pest controlling, company owned/hired vehicle management, staff recovery, canteen recovery, linen management, manage new linen requirement. Training for HK staff for effective utilisation of manpower. Ensure non GMP areas are ready for inspection. Managing entire HK material and other Admin & FM related material PR, bill clearance, SAP and Ariba management

Key Accountabilities (1/6)

Periodically review the Admin & FM process to enhance user satisfaction as well as make it more effective.

Regular follow up with canteen vendor for food services, laundry management, HK staff training to ensure positive result at site. Conduct survey on canteen, transportation, laundry and rest room readiness and ensure user satisfaction

Oversee the upkeep of facilities, offices and administrative facilities such as office equipment,



appliances and furniture and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirement.

• Ensure the upkeep of facilities, offices are maintained every day basis. Personal visits at non GMP areas and ensure zero complaint on HK. Cleanness of Road, garden areas, canteen areas are to be maintained.
• Ensure the equipment such as coffee/snack vending machine, laundry dry wash, sweeping machine, a/cs etc are working properly.

Key Accountabilities (2/6)

Responsible for execution of pest control activities at Site

• Pest control activities such as proofing, attraction, control, trend analysis, documents are strictly followed at site. Regularly activities as per site SOP are followed and entered.
• Make trend analysis of pest control, take appropriate capa for close hike of pest in case

Linen management for manufacturing and IPD.

Ensure daily linen are gone for washing, pre washing of linen at site to be monitored. Order new linen as per site procedure and ensure new join
