Role Description The Openshift Platform Lead/Architect (US shift time) is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade Openshift platforms. This role oversees platform architecture, configuration, and optimization to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance of containerized applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with development and DevOps teams, defining best practices, guiding platform migrations, and troubleshooting complex platform issues.



The individual will also contribute to automation, CI/CD integration, monitoring, and documentation, while mentoring team members and aligning platform solutions with business and technical requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in container platforms and orchestration (e.g., Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Candidates should possess skills in cloud infrastructure and networking (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP services, VPCs, load balancing, DNS, ingress/egress configurations).
• Candidates should possess skills in DevOps and automation (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Helm, Ansible, Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform).
