​Role Description :
​The Automation Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajahmundry. The position focuses on PLC/DCS programming, SCADA configuration, and control panel wiring. Daily tasks include developing control logic, executing panel assembly and wiring, loop testing, site commissioning, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems.

​Key Responsibilities :
​Control System Programming:
Design and program logic using ABB System 800xA, ABB Freelance, ABB AC500, and Allen-Bradley PLCs/DCS.
​SCADA/HMI Development:
Build and configure operator interfaces using COPA-DATA zenon and standard HMI platforms.




​Panel Wiring & Testing:
Interpret schematic drawings, execute control panel wiring, perform I/O checking, and complete loop testing.
​Commissioning & Maintenance:
Conduct FAT/SAT, troubleshoot software/hardware issues, and support site commissioning and preventive maintenance.

​Qualifications & Requirements
​Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ABB (800xA, Freelance, AC500), Allen-Bradley, and COPA-DATA zenon.
​Electrical & Wiring: Proficiency in panel wiring, reading electrical schematics/P&IDs;, and understanding industrial protocols (Modbus, PROFIBUS, EtherNet/IP).
​Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.
​Competencies: Robust troubleshooting ability, attention to safety standards, and team communication.
