Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, responsive, and visually consistent digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards, with the ability to collaborate closely with product, business, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities• Design user-friendly, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Develop and maintain standardized design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.
• Ensure designs adapt seamlessly across different devices, screen sizes, and browsers.
• Apply Figma Auto Layout, constraints, and responsive design best practices.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with product team and developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.




• Conduct UI reviews and quality checks to identify inconsistencies and usability issues.
• Maintain organized Figma files and transparent design documentation for developer handoffs.

Required Skills & Qualifications• 3–5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Knowledge of mobile-first design, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS principles to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating responsive web/mobile designs and design system expertise.
• Preferred: Experience designing healthcare applications, patient engagement platforms, or other regulated digital experiences.
