Required Skills
• Stromg understanding of DFT concepts and scan architectures.
• Hands on experience with scan insertion and DFT imeplemntation.
• Expertise in SSN architecture.
• Experince in debugging DFT and ATPG vilations.
• Familiarity with industry tools such as Synopsys DFT Compile, SynopsysTessent or similar tools.
• Understanding of Scan compression.
