Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong end-to-end IT recruitment experience and fluency in Mandarin. The candidate must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin and should have prior experience handling recruitment requirements for Taiwan.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in IT hiring, bulk recruitment, niche skill hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to offer closure and onboarding.
• Handle recruitment requirements for Taiwan and coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in coordination with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn,



social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, assess candidate experience and technical suitability, and conduct initial interviews.
• Manage IT hiring, bulk hiring, and niche skill recruitment requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate offers, and support offer closures.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Perform job and task analysis to understand hiring requirements and candidate expectations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment metrics using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor recruitment performance, hiring pipelines, and turnaround times.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Follow recruitment best practices and promote the organization's employer brand.
