Role Description The Client Services Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghat. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client communications, understanding client goals, and coordinating internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and projects. The Client Services Executive will maintain account plans, track project progress, prepare status reports, and help resolve issues that may impact client satisfaction.
