Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads,



and build relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional partners. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, presenting Rus Education’s services, managing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, following up on leads to drive conversions, and participating in events, seminars, and outreach activities to increase brand visibility. The executive is expected to meet defined sales and business development targets while providing professional, ethical, and student-focused guidance.
