Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Receptionist role based in Delhi, India. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment. Daily tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phone calls, handling patient inquiries, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. The role also involves updating patient information, managing basic administrative documentation, and following clinic policies related to patient privacy and confidentiality.



The Medical Receptionist will support overall clinic operations by assisting with billing-related information, organizing records, and helping patients navigate their visit.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Appointment Scheduling skills, including managing calendars and coordinating patient visits efficiently.
• Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, with a professional, courteous manner in all patient and staff interactions.
• Candidates should possess a working knowledge of Medical Terminology to communicate effectively with clinicians and understand basic clinical documentation.
• Candidates should possess experience in a Medical Office setting, including familiarity with front desk workflows and patient registration processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a bus
