Amazon Catalogue SpecialistJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Amazon Catalogue Specialist to manage product listings, improve search visibility, and maintain catalogue accuracy across Amazon marketplaces. The role involves optimizing product content, resolving listing issues, and ensuring adherence to Amazon’s policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ Content.
• Conduct keyword research to improve organic visibility and product discoverability.
• Ensure listings comply with Amazon’s category-specific guidelines and restricted product policies.
• Investigate and resolve suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and catalogue-related errors.
• Manage intellectual property concerns, including trademark, copyright, and patent complaints.
• Address policy notifications, account health warnings, and listing-related violations.
• Maintain parent-child variations, category mappings, backend attributes, and search terms.




• Execute bulk listing updates using flat files and Seller Central tools.
• Identify and correct duplicate listings, missing information, and inaccurate product data.
• Prepare appeals and Plans of Action (POAs) to resolve policy violations and support listing reinstatement.
• Coordinate supporting documents such as invoices, brand authorizations, and approval letters.
• Track Account Health Rating (AHR) and proactively address compliance risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications• 1–3+ years of experience in Amazon catalogue management or listing operations.
• Hands-on expertise in Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with Vendor Central.
• Practical knowledge of flat-file uploads, bulk listing management, and catalogue troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of Amazon compliance requirements, restricted products, and listing policies.
• Experience handling IP complaints, policy appeals, and listing reinstatement cases.
