About Frameo
Frameo is Dashverse's AI video production studio. Creators, agencies and brands use it to make short films, micro-dramas, ads and social video: images, clips, voiceover, music and sound effects are generated on one canvas, kept consistent shot to shot, and cut into a finished piece. Dashverse (Peak XV-led $13M Series A, Aug 2025) reaches 40M+ users across DashReels, Dashtoon and Frameo.

The role
You will own how Frameo is positioned, new features launched and adopted. AI video moves weekly: new models, new workflows, recent competitors. You will turn that pace into a steady stream of launches that bring in creators and convert them to paying users, and build the story that makes Frameo the place where serious AI filmmakers work.

What you'll do
• Own positioning and messaging for Frameo against Runway, Higgsfield, Pika, Kling, Hailuo and the model-native apps.
• Run launches end to end: new models, features and workflows (skills, character consistency, lip-sync, music), from narrative to channel plan to post-launch readout.
• Define ICPs and segment strategy:



indie AI filmmakers, micro-drama studios, UGC and performance-ad agencies, brand content teams.
• Make the product show itself: launch videos, demo reels, tutorials and showcase pieces made in Frameo.
• Run creator and community programs: early-access cohorts, ambassadors, challenges, Discord and X presence.
• Own pricing and packaging input: credit plans, tiers and the free-to-paid path.
• Bring the market back to product: competitive teardowns, user interviews, win/loss on churned and upgraded users.
• Measure launches on signups, activation, paid conversion and retention, not impressions.

What we're looking for
• 3–6 years in product marketing, growth or GTM at a consumer, prosumer or creator-tool company.
• Shipped 10+ launches, with at least a few you can tie to signup, activation or revenue numbers.
• Hands-on with AI video and image tools; you have made things with Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjour
