Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Alliant / RPREP / RRDM Application Consultant to support revenue calculation, financial processing, compliance, and data management applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in L2/L3 production support, financial calculation platforms, SQL analysis, data reconciliation, and incident management.
The role requires the ability to independently troubleshoot application issues, resolve calculation discrepancies, support financial-close activities, and coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure application stability and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities• Provide L2/L3 production support for Alliant, RPREP, RRDM, or similar revenue and financial-calculation applications.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents, calculation errors, data discrepancies,



and production issues.
• Troubleshoot calculation models, business rules, formulas, and data-processing workflows.
• Perform SQL-based analysis, data staging, reconciliation, and validation.
• Support application integrations, batch processing, compliance routines, and financial-close activities.
• Manage high-priority incidents, including P1 escalations and participation in the defined on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with finance teams, business users, HMH Service Desk, NOC/ProdOps, retained technical teams, and product vendors.
• Create and maintain runbooks, Known Error Database (KEDB) articles, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and transition documentation.
• Estimate minor application changes, support testing, and validate production releases.
• Reverse-engineer processes with limited documentation and develop transparent, reusable support documentation.
