Role Description The Owner role at Unique Concept Entertainment Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehra Dun. The Owner is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple brands, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. This role involves defining business strategy, setting performance targets, and monitoring financials to ensure sustainable growth. The Owner will manage vendor and partner relationships, guide marketing and sales initiatives, and ensure high-quality customer experiences across all services and products. Daily tasks also include supervising staff, making key operational decisions, resolving issues, and identifying new opportunities for expansion in the celebrations and occasions market.
Qualifications
• Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight.
• Experience in operations management,



with the ability to coordinate multiple brands or business units.
• Background in event management, hospitality, or consumer products related to celebrations and occasions is highly beneficial.
• Ability to lead and develop teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Proficiency in marketing and brand development, with an understanding of customer experience and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for working with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work hands-on in a startup setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced education or prior ownership experience is an advantage.
