We are looking for a performance-driven marketing skilled who can scale online sales, optimize advertising budgets, and improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities• Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Revenue Growth: Drive website traffic, conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and cost per purchase.
• Budget Management: Allocate daily advertising budgets and scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Creative Testing: Test ad creatives, hooks, videos, primary text, offers, and audience segments.
• Retargeting: Develop retargeting campaigns for website visitors, add-to-cart users, and previous customers.




• Tracking & Analytics: Monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering ad spend, revenue, ROAS, orders, and campaign performance.
• E-commerce Coordination: Work with the creative, website, and merchandising teams to improve product landing pages and conversion rates.
• Competitor Analysis: Research competitor advertising strategies, offers, creatives, and customer acquisition tactics.

Required Skills & Qualifications• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C, fashion, activewear, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts.
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies.
• Knowledge of ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate.
