Job Summary
The Real Estate Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding the real estate sales team, driving property-related business, generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong team management, negotiation, communication, and real estate market knowledge to ensure smooth sales operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Allocate leads, monitor individual performance, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Support team members in resolving client queries and closing deals.

Sales & Business Development
• Drive property sales, client acquisition, and business development activities.
• Identify potential buyers, sellers, investors,



and property owners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and property dealers.
• Support the team in property negotiations, site visits, and deal closures.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research & Property Verification
• Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and local property demand.
• Ensure property details, pricing, availability, and client requirements are properly verified.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential property markets.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Track team productivity, conversion ratios, revenue generation, and target achievement.
• Report progress, challenges, and business opportunities to the Sales Head / Business Head.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and skilled standards.
