Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager – Health Insurance role based in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving health insurance sales,



managing a local sales team, and achieving assigned premium and profitability targets. Day-to-day activities include identifying and acquiring new customers, nurturing relationships with channel partners, agents, and corporate clients, and conducting regular market visits. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, conducting product presentations, ensuring accurate proposal and policy documentation, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. The Sales Manager will also monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, support training and development of the team, and provide feedback to product and operations teams to improve offerings and service quality.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills in health or general insurance, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in team management, including mentoring
