Key Responsibilities :-

Google Ads Executive – Search
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search campaigns for lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research and manage match types, negative keywords, and ad groups.
• Create and test search ads, extensions, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor budgets, conversion tracking, CPL, CTR, and lead quality.
• Use GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for conversion tracking.




• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.

Meta Ads Executive – Paid Social
• Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns.
• Build and optimise custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences.
• Coordinate with design teams on creatives and ad copies.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaign budgets.
• Monitor CPL, lead quality, audience frequency, and creative performance.
• Manage Meta Pixel / Conversions API and prepare performance reports.

Must-Have Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the relevant paid ads platform.
• Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, CPL, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
• Google Ads certification is preferred for the Search role.
• Healthcare or hospital advertising experience is an added advantage.
