KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify and onboard recent publishers, affiliates, media buyers, and traffic partners for international mobile campaigns.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers across multiple international GEOs.

3. Source publishers through LinkedIn, affiliate networks, industry communities, referrals, and other relevant channels.

4. Understand publisher traffic sources, GEO coverage, verticals, and campaign capabilities.

5. Match suitable publishers with relevant CPI, CPA, CPL, and other mobile performance campaigns.

6. Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams for smooth campaign onboarding.

7. Evaluate publisher quality, traffic potential, compliance, and previous campaign performance.

8. Negotiate commercial terms and ensure publishers receive the required campaign details and tracking links.

9. Track publisher performance and identify opportunities to increase volumes and campaign scale.

10. Maintain an updated database of publishers and continuously expand the publisher network.

11. Support international business growth by developing publisher relationships across key global GEOs.
