Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise applications using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Pega application development, case management, workflow automation, integrations, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement business applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
• Configure case management, workflows, business rules, decision rules, and user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain reusable Pega rules, data pages, activities, flows, and report definitions.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize application performance.
• Follow Pega best practices, guardrails, and application development standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Support production releases and resolve application-related issues.
Mandatory Skills
• Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
• Solid knowledge of case management and workflow development.
• Experience with Pega rules, flows, data pages, activities, and decision rules.
• Knowledge of integrations using REST and SOAP services.
• Understanding of application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
Good to Have
• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Experience with Pega Customer Service, Pega Customer Decision Hub, or other Pega solutions.
• Exposure to Pega DX API, Dev Studio, and deployment tools.
• Experience with enterprise application integration and production support.
