Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage social media content across platforms
• Create content ideas, reel concepts, captions, and monthly calendars
• Stay updated with trends, formats, memes, reels, and platform changes
• Coordinate with design, content, client servicing, and video teams
• Support shoot planning, content execution, and post scheduling
• Use AI-based platforms/tools for content ideas, research, and faster execution
• Track social media performance and suggest improvements
• Ensure brand tone, communication,



and visual direction remain consistent

We Are Looking For

Experienced Candidate:
Someone with 1+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, with strong knowledge of AI-based platforms, excellent communication command, and the ability to plan, manage, and execute social media content confidently.

Creative / Gen Z Candidate:
Someone with a solid understanding of current trends, Gen Z content style, reels, memes, short-form videos, and platform culture. Basic editing skills are needed, along with a fresh creative perspective and passion for social media.
