We’re Hiring: Social Media & Content Growth Executive

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Type: Full-time | In-office

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy individual to join our team and take ownership of content creation and day-to-day social media growth for our fashion and founder-led brands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
* Design premium graphics, carousels, stories, and promotional creatives.
* Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Understand social media trends, hooks, algorithms, and audience engagement.
* Develop content ideas that help increase followers, reach, engagement, and enquiries.
* Shoot behind-the-scenes, product, lifestyle, and founder-led content.
* Write engaging captions and create content calendars.
* Track account performance and suggest improvements.




* Coordinate directly with the founder for content shoots, campaigns, and brand-building activities.

Skills Required:

* Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
* Good graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
* Understanding of Instagram and YouTube growth.
* Valuable visual aesthetics and storytelling ability.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
* Comfortable shooting content on a smartphone or camera.

Bonus: Experience with luxury fashion, personal branding, AI content tools, and founder-led social media accounts.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just create content but understands how to make content perform.
