Role Description This full time Business Development Manager role is based on-site in the Greater Chennai Area. The position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base,



and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as agents, corporate partners, and bancassurance channels. The role includes achieving sales and growth targets, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to promote SBI Life’s portfolio of insurance products. Daily activities include field visits, partner engagement, training and supporting intermediaries, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. The Business Development Manager collaborates closely with internal teams to drive revenue, enhance customer experience, and support local marketing and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
