EWA Properties is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing strategies across our businesses, driving online growth, lead generation, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead digital-marketing strategies across all three businesses.
• Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Prepare and manage monthly advertising budgets.
• Analyse campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, ROI and revenue.
• Identify the best-performing channels and recommend budget allocation.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant digital-marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Experience in campaign planning, budgeting, analysis and optimisation.
• Ability to connect marketing performance with leads, conversions and revenue.
• Robust analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Candidates must be based in or willing to work from Mangalore.
