Role Description The Lead Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and overseeing visual concepts that align with UrbanGabru’s brand identity and target audience. This full time,



on-site role in Pimpri Chinchwad includes creating designs for digital and print assets, such as social media creatives, packaging, marketing campaigns, and website graphics. The person in this role will guide the design team, provide feedback, maintain design consistency across all touchpoints, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing campaigns, refining layouts and typography, managing brand guidelines, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring all visuals reflect UrbanGabru’s positioning in men’s fashion and grooming.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative, brand-aligned work.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
• Experience in managing a team of graphics designers.
• Extensive experience of creative strategies.
• Solid understanding of Typography, layo
