Role Description The Scientific Business Development Lead will drive growth by identifying, developing,



and closing opportunities with biopharma, consumer care, and material science clients, with a solid focus on AI-enabled R&D; solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves working closely with scientific, technical, and commercial stakeholders to understand client R&D; challenges and translate them into tailored solution proposals based on Aganitha’s platforms and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery meetings, preparing and delivering scientific and business presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role also includes collaborating with internal scientific and product teams to shape offerings, contributing to go-to-market strategies, and maintaining long-term client relationships through account management and strategic planning.
